Terras de Aventura is situated in Madeira Island where the Sea constitutes an important instrument of leisure.
We have a proper fleet of boats, a big Catamaran (ZonaCat) and small boats i.e. - Millenium - jetskis, Kaiaks, windsurf boards among others equipment for sea activities, available in the most sanctioned hotels of the Island.

WHALES AND DOLPHINS – Spend a good time with the specialists and even if you do not have experience on the sea, our staff will help you. You will see how excited you will be when you catch your first fish! On board of our speedboat, we will explain a sea life of the magnificent cetaceous and on our way back, we will make a short stroll along the coast.

CATAMARAN-South Coast Half Day - Outgoing Funchal bay toward Cabo Girão, passing by the wonderful cliffs of the famous Reid’s Hotel, Lido area, Praia Formosa and Câmara de Lobos bay, a typical fishing village that out grows the seas and mountains. At Fajã dos Padres or Cabo Girão, we will stop for a swim, or a simple, relaxing and comfortable rest on our net situated at the boats deck. Sailing back to Funchal you can probably see the dolphins that might accompany us on our journey.

– Sunday , Monday , Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

South Cost Full Day- Spend your day with us sailing accompanied by the dolphins and flying fish. Leaving Funchal in the morning, passing by the south cost cliffs. Discovering ,bit by bit, the typical villages from which the green mountains almost dive in to the blue ocean.Câmara de Lobos, Cabo Girão, Ribeira Brava, Ponta do Sol and Calheta are also part of our trip. At lunch it is time to take a break at one of the most beautiful bays of the south cost. After a good swim in the sea, we will serve a hot and a healthy meal on bord. Returning to funchal`s bay in the middle of the afternoon.

 - Wednesday and Saturday ( Including lunch on bord)

BOAT-SAFARI “West” – Enjoy the crisp mountain air and the fresh sea breeze by combining a half day Jeep Safari with a sailing trip along the coast. You can take either the Safari or the Boat trip first, and meet up at the village of Ribeira Brava for lunch at a seaside restaurant, completing your trip by returning to Funchal on the alternative way.
 
– Wednesday and Saturday (Including lunch)

Excursions may be cancelled, due to the weather conditions or events beyond our control. In those cases, it will be given an alternative excursion or a refound that will be negociated according to circunstances. There will be no refund on cancellations, if not made 24h advance.

We recommend sport shoes , extra pair of shoes and t. shirt , towel , and raincoat.
